.dll Missing Error

Solution

1. Open the zip file downloaded from DLL-files.com or manually download nspr4.dll file

2. Extract the Dll file to a location on your computer

3. Copy the extracted file to program installation directory

      C:\programsfiles\xxxxx

4. Make sure that you overwrite any existing files, but be sure to make a backup copy of the original    file.

5. Reboot your computer.

If problem still occur try the following

6. Open Windows Start menu and select "Run..."

7. Type CMD and press Enter

8. Type regsvr32 "filename".dll and press Enter.
